Volunteer Terms and Conditions
Prakriti Mitra Foundation provides this website, including all information, software, and services available from this website, to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all the terms, conditions, policies, and notices described herein. Your use of the website constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, policies, and notices. Prakriti Mitra Foundation is a non-profit organization committed to planting more trees, saving water, building rainwater harvesting systems, fighting climate change, and helping to build a sustainable environment.
Volunteers must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent if under 18. All volunteers should provide accurate personal information for registration purposes.
Volunteers are expected to commit to the duration and schedule agreed upon with Prakriti Mitra Foundation. Any changes to availability should be communicated in advance.
Volunteers may have access to confidential information during their service. This information must not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent from Prakriti Mitra Foundation.
Volunteers must comply with all health and safety regulations and instructions provided by the foundation. They should report any incidents, accidents, or health and safety concerns to their supervisor immediately.
Prakriti Mitra Foundation does not tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind. Volunteers are expected to treat everyone equally and with respect, regardless of race, gender, age, religion, sexual orientation, or disability.
Any property or resources provided by the foundation should be used responsibly and solely for foundation-related activities. Volunteers must return all property upon the completion of their service.
Volunteers consent to being photographed or recorded during activities and grant permission for Prakriti Mitra Foundation to use these materials for promotional and marketing purposes.
Prakriti Mitra Foundation reserves the right to terminate the volunteer relationship at any time without notice for reasons including, but not limited to, misconduct, breach of these terms, or if it is in the best interest of the foundation.
Volunteers are required to behave professionally, respectfully, and courteously at all times. They must adhere to the foundation’s values, mission, and code of conduct.
Volunteering with Prakriti Mitra Foundation is a voluntary service, and volunteers will not receive any form of compensation, salary, or payment for their time and efforts.
Prakriti Mitra Foundation is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained by the volunteer during their service, except where such injury, loss, or damage is due to negligence by the foundation.
Prakriti Mitra Foundation reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Volunteers will be notified of any changes, and continued participation will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
